Saturday Bootcamp is a high-energy experience aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle for all participants, by infusing a variety of cardio, endurance and strength-training, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises. This 40–45 minute bootcamp will gradually progress you through the Seeker, Journey
and Warrior
levels. Depending on your fitness level the duration through the program will vary. So, gather your family and friends and let's get fit, in the comfort on your own space at home!
*This Bootcamp will now be provided at Morningside Park, in Harlem at 11am, on Saturday Mornings!
